Signing up as a private individual? You can leave company name and CVR/VAT blank. If you fill them in, we'll try to look up your company address from the CVR/VAT number automatically. You can add a phone number and invoicing preferences anytime from Account Settings after you're logged in.

Subscription Terms

By creating an account, you agree to an ongoing monthly subscription with no fixed term. Nothing is charged now - only a 1 DKK card-verification hold if you pay by card. Billing only begins once you register a device, and the price depends on the number and type of devices per our current pricing. You can unregister devices or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Your card details are stored encrypted with our certified payment provider - Valeo does not have access to your full card details. If you pay by card, the amount due is charged automatically to your card once a month, based on the number of active devices on your account. You'll always get an invoice and email at least 7 days before any charge, showing the exact amount and date. If you pay by invoice, you'll receive and pay a monthly invoice manually instead.
  • Start date: your subscription begins as soon as your account is activated - immediately once your card is verified, or once your invoice signup is approved. Length: this is a rolling monthly subscription with no fixed term and no minimum commitment period. Renewal: it renews automatically every month, for as long as your account remains active.
  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you create the account, under Danish consumer contract law. If you register a device and start using the service within those 14 days, you waive the right of withdrawal for the period already used.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by pressing the Delete My Account button under Edit Account Information, or by contacting Valeo at info@valeo.dk or +45 70 220 720. Cancellation takes effect from the date you request, and no further charges or invoices will be issued after that date (aside from usage already incurred).

If you choose card payment, this includes your consent to automatic recurring monthly charges, as described in the Terms.
